The client sees your company’s name on the work, not ours.
For Canadian IT businesses

We do the IT work behind your brand. You keep the client.
For Canadian IT companies that resell managed services under their own name: we deliver the work in English or French, you set the scope and the price, and billing runs in Canadian dollars.
Your practice keeps the client relationship. Access uses agreed channels only.
They see your brand and one point of contact.
You set the price, keep the relationship, and decide anything that matters.
We handle the managed IT and Microsoft 365 work you send us.
Every request arrives with the language, the details, and who signs off on changes.
You get a resolution note you can send straight to the client.
If a request falls outside what we agreed, we ask before we act.
Who does what
Your client doesn’t need to know how the work gets done.
They just need to know what they’re paying for, who to call, and what happens next. White-label works when the technical detail stays behind the scenes - but your own team should always know exactly what we’re doing and why.
You keep the relationship
You set the price, the service description, and every account decision.
We get what we need to act
Each request reaches us with the language, the situation, and the limits we need - the client never repeats themselves.
We check before changing anything
If a request touches risk, price, or scope, it comes back to your team before we act.
What we handle
Three kinds of work, one delivery team.
The useful question isn’t “how many services do you offer” - it’s “what does the client think they’re paying for every month.”
Everyday IT requests
Password resets, account changes, device issues, and the common tools your client’s team uses - inside a scope you agree upfront.
Microsoft 365 administration
User accounts, licenses, mailbox and Teams admin, and a tenant configured the way it should be.
Security basics and reviews
Baseline security settings and a regular review, included in Plus - we don’t claim to be a 24/7 SOC or a certification body.

Before you sell it
Get your side ready before you sell the plan.
Before you sell this, you should be able to say who the client is, what you’re promising them, who signs off on your side, what’s out of scope, and which language you’ll work in. Onboarding turns those answers into a concrete launch plan.
This works if you want to stay in charge.
This isn’t for a company that wants to hand off a client and disappear. It’s for a company that wants more delivery capacity while staying the one who makes the calls. Before you talk pricing, make sure your team can answer: what do we keep doing ourselves, what goes to delivery, and who decides when something new comes up?
- A specific recurring service you already sell - not an open-ended ask
- Someone on your team who can approve a scope or price change
- A way to send us client context without passwords or secrets in it
CAD pricing
Two prices in Canadian dollars. You decide what you charge.
Essential and Plus are what you pay us, per user, per month. What you bill your own client - and your margin - is entirely your call.

Questions before you reach out
Do you sell directly to small businesses?+
No. We only work through IT companies, agencies, and consultants who sell the service under their own name. We’re the delivery team behind your brand - we don’t compete with you for the client.
Does “bilingual” mean 24/7 coverage in both languages?+
No. It means each account has a declared working language - French or English - and we stick to it. Hours, response times, and scope are separate things you agree with us; bilingual is about language, not availability.
Do we get an exclusive territory?+
No, this public plan doesn’t include territorial exclusivity. Let’s confirm fit and how the work will split before you build a client promise around geography.
What do we need before the first conversation?+
A rough idea of who your clients are, what you want to offer them, which language you’ll work in, and what you want us to handle. Don’t send us a password, a tenant secret, or client access details - not yet.
